What's new?

Instagram feeds - The Instagram feed page element now supports showing up to 24 images, up from 12. The number of displayed images can be set in the page element settings.

Tiktok - We've added TikTok to the social media link options. Entering your Tiktok profile address will add a link to your account next to your existing social media links.

WhatsApp messages - We've made some improvements to how our system handles incoming WhatsApp messages to make it more resilient to out-of-hours message handling.

Form protection - We've made some improvements in how your website's forms handle spammy submissions. We will be rolling out further changes, including wider adoption of captcha (Am I a robot) challenges in the coming months where they are not already implemented.

Live chat link - We've fixed an issue with the 'Start a live chat' link on our front-end website. In some instances, the button would not work.

User authentication migration - We've completed migrating all user accounts to our new user management system. This was a critical step required to enable upcoming changes which include a whole new website manager and support for multiple user accounts per site.

Domain renewal notifications - We fixed an issue whereby some customers were receiving notifications that their domain needed renewing before it actually did.
